• Specialist PD Nurse: a qualified nurse with special interest in Parkinson’s Disease is available for home visits. The nurse can give practical advice relating to how to manage the symptoms, administer drugs, and other practical issues for improving mobility and quality of life.
• Counselor Services: a qualified neurological disease consultant is available to provide counseling on a range of lifestyle issues related to dealing with Parkinson’s. The consultant can facilitate contact with other support agencies as required.
• Physiotherapy : exercise and speech therapists are available to provide appropriately tailored treatment regimes.
