If you can’t get through on the phone, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will contact you.

If you contact us by email or online, we’ll come back to you within 5 working days.

If your email is of a complex nature, medical or relating to benefits entitlement, for example, we’ll do our best to answer it fully or refer you to someone who can help you.

Our trained adviser can provide information and advice about all aspects of living with Parkinson’s, such as:

  • medical issues, including symptoms and treatments
  • employment and benefits
  • health and social care
  • emotional support
  • local support such as support groups and information

Interpreting service for non-English speakers

We offer advice to people in Australia whose first language is not English, using a telephone interpreting service.  You can call the helpline directly and request an interpreter.

Professionals can also contact us with their client’s consent and arrange for a helpline adviser and interpreter to call the client.
